The property is located outside the development zone (ODZ) and is bounded on all sides by other agricultural land. It consists of 3 interconnected terraces. One surface is with outcrop of surface rock and patches of very shallow soil, carob and prickly pear trees, four rural rooms/ structures and water cistern. the other 2 terraces contain fairly good soil.
